Objective: Evaluate UK NEQAS "Immunology, Immunochemistry and Allergy" EQA reports (2012-2021) to assess harmonization in autoimmune diagnostics and identify improvement areas. Conclusion: Autoantibody detection faces challenges in quality enhancement and harmonization. Autoimmune diagnostics are evolving due to expanded autoantibody range, new tests, methodologies, and automated platform.
